Finding qualified and trained professionals, to assist with more complex care needs, can feel overwhelming.

What is Complex Care?

Complex care provides support for participants that have higher level care needs. These supports are not as accessible as other routine care services. This level of support usually goes hand-in-hand with SIL and SDA needs.

Access to Complex Care Services

We have support workers and RNs trained in specialized care for conditions such as neurological limitations, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, diabetes, epilepsy, spinal cord injuries, and pressure sores.

Services include catheter care, diabetic management, epilepsy care, bowel care, dysphagia management, PEG feeding, stoma care, wound management, ventilation management, tracheostomy care, and medication administration.

We create personalized care plans in collaboration with your doctor and a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive support

Empowerly Care Services offers complex care services with qualified staff. These can range from 4-hour care-visits, to 24-hour round-the-clock care.
